has completed stage 1 and is headed back home! This 2025 G550 underwent some intense R&D over the past few months as we created some incredible new components we are excited to share! What better truck to show for America’s birthday than this 2019 Mercedes G550, , (owner ) which is now sporting its latest build stage! You’ve seen it on our feed over the years getting upgraded a few pieces at a time and now it is armored up!

On the front, it has our latest iteration JWO 463A Front Steel Bumper with integrated winch and bull bar. With this version, we added metal mesh for cooler breathability and a more OEM look and revised the bull bar with more OEM-esque curvature. We also blacked out the hardware to tie things together. Cradled in the bumper is a 10k load Warn XP winch and also has Factor55 hardware, Baja Designs LP6 lights, and - a tribute to 463 models - some slim led light bars under the headlights.

We also paid tribute to the 461 professional versions by wrapping the fender flares as well as the front end in black.

It also includes 463 Industries GC01 Overlanding 18 wheels and Toyo AT3 (275/65/18) tires, LeTech Sliders, JWO Rear Steel Bumper, LeTech Spare Tire Assembly, LeTech Overhead Interior Storage System, and more!

The 2025 G550 is now rocking our JWO 463A/465 2 inch lift kit and BFG KO3 275/70/18 Tires! Our first ever JWO High Clearance Sliders for 463A/465 models are also in place. You may notice some things missing on the front and rear of this truck.. they won’t be missing much longer 😎 after months in the lab, this beast is coming to life! Stay tuned

Our JWO High Clearance Sliders are now LIVE on our website! For G owners who want protection to the sides of their truck but don’t need the heavy protection underneath our Skid Steps provide, these sliders are a strong, compact option for you that is form fitting to the truck.

-door trim pealing? No worries. With these sliders, the oem trim piece below the door that is notorious for pealing back is removed and that area is covered as these fit very high up towards the bottom of the door.

-the inside edge of the sliders is finished with a rubber trim piece for a seamless look and minimizing metal on metal contact

-all black hardware provided for the cleanest look
