I wanted to have a space to share when and where I'll be holding yoga classes, get suggestions and feedback from you all, and allow a space for anyone to share whatever they feel called to, yoga related or otherwise! If there is a time or location you'd prefer to practice, let's talk about it! Questions about the practice, meditation, or anything else? Let's discuss!
