Jiu jitsu for adults isn't about being an athlete or having a background in martial arts. It's about showing up, learning something real, and walking out of here feeling better than when you walked in — mentally and physically. Our adult classes run mornings, noon, and evenings so there's a time that actually fits your life.

We wanted to give you a look at how the evening is laid out so you can plan accordingly:

📅 5:00–5:45 PM — Kids class, open to the public.

📅 5:45–7:00 PM — Open house. Tour the studio, meet the coaches, grab some food, and connect with the QCJJ family.

📅 7:00 PM — Adult open mat, open to the public. Come roll with us.

Every guest leaves with a Queen City goodie bag and an entry to win door prizes.
