The COUSAW Preseason Challenge is your chance to get quality folkstyle matches close to home and prepare for what’s ahead.

Youth wrestlers can get valuable mat time, compete against new opponents, and build confidence heading into their winter club season.

Middle school & high school wrestlers: Get meaningful matches before the high school season and prepare for major national tournaments that are happening now through November.

Camp opportunity

Camp Adaugo is this Sunday! 🔥

Train with one of the most accomplished wrestlers in women’s college wrestling, Adaugo Nwachukwu.

Adaugo is a three-time NAIA National Champion, a 2024 USA Wrestling Women’s College Wrestler of the Year, a U23 National Champion, and a four-time age-level World Team member. She has competed at the highest levels of wrestling and continues to represent the growth and excellence of women’s wrestling.

Hello friends and family!

I am so excited to share that I am beginning my **second year as a special education teacher** and will be starting a new position at **Fort Lupton Middle School**! I am grateful for my time at Homyak K–8 and cannot wait to meet my new students and become part of the Fort Lupton community.

My new classroom is large and has so much potential, but I need help making it feel warm, positive, organized, and welcoming for students. I want to create a space where every student feels safe, capable, supported, and ready to learn.

If anyone would like to donate classroom items, I would greatly appreciate it.
