Cardio, but make it something I actually enjoy 😂🛼

Your workouts don’t have to look like everybody else’s. Find what works for you, keep moving, and just stay consistent.

Day 1 of the September Consistency Reset—and we’re starting with arms. 💪🏽

Today’s workout:

• Dumbbell rows — 12 reps
• Hammer curls — 12 reps
• Overhead triceps extensions — 12 reps
• Triceps kickbacks — 12 reps
• Lateral raises — 12 reps
• Gorilla punches — 20 total

Complete 3 sets. Rest for 30–45 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between sets.

This month isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about choosing habits that fit your life, showing up when you can and returning when you miss a day.

If you can’t complete all 3 sets, start with 1 or 2. It still counts. The goal is progress, not punishment.

Save the workout and comment “DONE” when you finish Day 1. 🖤

You don’t have to be perfect, just consistent.

Trying to be more intentional about getting my protein in, one meal at a time 💪🏽 Steak, eggs & spinach for breakfast—and yeah, this held me DOWN 😂 Healthy eating definitely don’t gotta be boring.

September starts tomorrow, and I’m going into this month focused on being more consistent.

This reset is simple:

✅ Move your body 3–5 days a week
✅ Make one healthier choice each day
✅ Spend 30 minutes focused and distraction-free
✅ Give yourself time to rest and reset

You can adjust everything to fit your schedule, fitness level and personal goals. Miss a day? Don’t throw the whole month away. Pick it back up and keep going.

I’m working on losing weight, becoming more productive and building a routine I can actually maintain.

What’s your main goal for September? Drop it in the comments so we can hold each other accountable. 👇🏽

I’m going into September with one goal: becoming more consistent with the habits that support the person I’m trying to become.

This challenge isn’t about everybody following the same exact routine. Choose targets that fit your body, your schedule and your current fitness level.

Miss a day? Don’t quit. Pick it back up and keep moving.

Who’s joining me? Save this post, choose your goals and tag so we can hold each other accountable. 🖤

Confidence didn’t come first—I built it by continuing to try.

You don’t have to feel completely ready to start. Take the chance, do the hard thing, and let your confidence catch up with you. 💪🏾

I’m not worried about having the perfect workout right now. I’m just making sure I get in the gym and do SOMETHING 😂

Some days I go hard, other days I’m just happy I showed up—but either way, I got it done. That’s what committing to the process looks like 💪🏽
