Fondy hit the road early this morning to take on the 70th annual Smiley Invite hosted by Wausau East High School.

Thank you to all that came out and supported Fondy XC at Pizza Ranch last night! We surpassed our total from last season by nearly $200!!

If any organizations are interested in being a part of a rewarding fundraiser, Pizza Ranch in Fond du Lac is great to work with!!

On Friday, Fondy took on Nightfall 920 at Winagamie Golf Course! This is one of the meets the runners really look forward to each year, as they get to race once the sun goes down. This meet is HUGE!! There were 68 teams from all divisions that made the trip.

2026 provided not only a lot of shenanigans and face paint, but 13 season bests and 22 new personal records! Boys finished 12th & girls 7th.

Freshmen Boys - Kaleb Hinojosa, Landon Schuppe, Noah Olson, Asher Munroe, Bentley Burkhead, Angelo Fregonese

Sophomore Boys - Ethan Berg, Ben Neumann, David Baltz

Junior Boys - Owen Berg, Monti Cary, Ali Ozsahin, Aidan McAdams

Senior Boys - Finley Maxwell

Freshmen Girls - Kloey Kienzle, Brooklyn Wells, Yuritza Vasquez, Sophia Watson

Sophomore Girls - Lorelei Clarenbach

Junior Girls - Vivien Parker, Aleah Sievert, Alaina Kent

Scoring for Varsity -

Boys: Aidan McAdams, Finley Maxwell, Landon Schuppe, Justin Wagner, Owen Berg

Girls: Aleah Sievert, Macie Giese, Lorelei Clarenbach, Yuritza Vasquez, Alizah Gilson

Lastly, Aidan McAdams dropped almost 30 seconds, running 16:28 and taking 8th place on the podium!!

Next stop - Wausau to take on the Smiley Invite!!

On Friday night, Fondy took on the Neenah Invite at the first ever race at their new course.

This is by far one of the most difficult meets we have each season - and the heat always adds to it. 19 teams from around the state traveled to Neenah this year, bringing tough competition!

Fondy walked away with 5 new personal records broken & 2 podium finishes!

JV Boys - Kaleb Hinojosa
JV Girls - Yuritza Vasquez (9th overall), Alaina Kent, & Sophia Watson
Varsity Boys - Aidan McAdams (12th overall)

Plenty of consistent races compared to last week from the rest of the crew!!

Fondy takes on the Neenah Invite this afternoon at Neenah Joint School District!

Season opener highlights!! Fondy took on the Jamie Block Challenge hosted by West Bend West High School & West Bend East High School on Saturday. Fondy ran 36, the largest team post-2020, bringing home 19 new personal records and 9 podium finishes:

Girls -
Honor Werdin - 2nd place - freshmen girls
Lorelei Clarenbach - 5th place - sophomore girls
Chloe Gilson - 8th place - sophomore girls
Aleah Sievert - 2nd place - junior girls
Macie Giese - 8th place - junior girls

Boys -
Landon Schuppe - 2nd place - freshmen boys
Noah Olson - 13th place - freshmen boys
Aidan McAdams - 3rd place - junior boys
Finley Maxwell - 12th place - senior boys

Varsity girls finished 3rd - Honor Werdin, Macie Giese, Lorelei Clarenbach, Chloe Gilson, & Vivien Parker all scoring for Fondy.

Friday, Fondy travels to Neenah.
