Two years in the making, and it’s finally official! The FiA North County Region is launched! 💪🏼

This morning was more than a workout. It was proof that when women show up and step outside their comfort zones, big things can happen. 37 women showed up, 7 FNGs took the leap, and a whole community came together to make a promise to themselves to get stronger and push each other.

Women from now five different regions joined us to support, encourage, and remind us that we are always stronger together. Huge shoutout to !!! 🙌🏼

If you’ve been thinking about coming, let this be your sign. Show up. Try the workout. Bring a friend. Do the hard thing. You’re stronger than you think, and you do not have to do it alone.

Thank you to every PAX, every FNG, and every woman who helped make this launch possible! This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead for FiA North County. And thank you to for whipping up breakfasteria so we could celebrate the right way! 🥓 🍳 ☕️
