•12×12 matted stalls with dutch doors
•12×12 outside paddock connected to each stall
•Shelter in Pastures
•200x100 riding arena with lights
• Matted Wash stall with Hot and Cold water
•Orchard/Alfalfa Hay
•2 water buckets in each stall
•Twice daily feedings
•Blanketing and fly gear
•Any farrier/vet are welcome
•More turnout time then In a stall (Night Turnout year round)
•Fans in stall during hot, humid months
•Organized Tack room with Fridge and AC
•Bathroom with shower

Boarders provide their own feed. Trailer parking is currently full.
