I am a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in corrective exercise and womens fitness along with being a group fitness instructor.

My mission is to help women feel confident in their bodies, build lifelong muscle to stay strong as they age, and live a happy and healthy lifestyle one small step at a time. I have my own virtual gym where I have my group X classes. I am a mobile & virtual CPT where I come to the comfort of your own home in person or virtually to train you with a customized program fit for your goals and needs. I LOVE helping and guiding women on their health and fitness journeys. Accountability and consistency is the key to success. I want my clients to FEEL beautiful and confident in their own skin.

✨ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! ✨

This girl is absolutely GLOWING! 😍

My client recently attended her Mary Kay event and had to dress up in a formal gown—and WOW, did she look phenomenal! 👏🔥

But my favorite part? When I asked her how she felt, she said:

“I felt so confident!”❤️

THAT is what it's all about! Not just how you look, but how you FEEL in your own skin.

And while she was traveling for her event, she STILL got her workouts in at the hotel gym. 💪

🍂 FRESH START SEPTEMBER: Why September Is the REAL New Year

Hear me out… September might actually be a better time for a fresh start than January. 😉

Summer is winding down. Vacations are wrapping up. Kids are back to school. Routines are starting to settle in again.

And suddenly you're thinking…

✨ “I need to get back into a routine.”
✨ “I want to start working out again.”
✨ “I need to take better care of myself.”
✨ “I feel like I've gotten a little off track.”

I chopped 5 inches off my hair and I’m OBSESSED!!! 🙌🏻❤️

My hair is SO thick, so honestly it feels amazing to have some of that weight gone! 😂

5 years!!!! 🎉 I'm still in awe, reflecting on this incredible milestone in my journey! A dream that seemed impossible became a reality, thanks to the pandemic's silver lining. My gym's evolution has been a wild ride, but I'm proud to say I've navigated every twist and turn. Entrepreneurship has been a transformative experience, teaching me resilience, empathy, and so much more.
