Some people come through our show once and move on. Darlene never left.

She competed on our stage. She handed out trophies at it. She showed up year after year — in a suit, in a polo, backstage, front row — because she loves this sport and this community.

And now she’s earned her IFBB Pro Card.

That’s not a lucky year. That’s decades of showing up when nobody was clapping. That’s early mornings nobody posted about. That’s a woman who decided a long time ago that the work was worth it, and then just… kept doing the work.

We’ve watched this journey up close, Darlene. Every single one of us on this board is proud of you today.

Meet the people building 2027.

A show like this doesn’t happen because one person had a good idea. It happens because a room full of people said yes to the unglamorous parts — the load-in, the check-in line, the 6 p.m. calls, the thousand things nobody sees on show day.

This is the 2027 NPC Indiana Muscle & RiverCity Fit Expo Board of Directors.

Some of them have been here since the beginning. Some are new. Every one of them earned their seat by showing up when it was work, not when it was fun.
