We want to thank our owner Abby Marie for her service and sacrifice to our country. She continues to give back to her community and country in so many ways. She never leaves anyone behind. She welcomes everyone and sees the potential in them that they may not see in themselves, she will push you outside your comfort zone to fully achieve your greatness. She gives so much heart and soul to her athletes and works so hard to achieve giving every opportunity to her athletes. You are the backbone that holds everything together to give these athletes the best experience. Thank you for all you have done all you do and all you continue to do!

Today is . While it has become a day for BBQ's, beaches and sales, please remember the real reason for this day, and why so many have off work to observe it.

Interestingly, no one agrees where Memorial Day started. Numerous places claim it, which only proves how important we as a nation agree it is to remember our fallen.

At any rate, the name Memorial Day wasn't official until 1967, some 100+ years after the first observances.

This is also not Veterans Day. While we'd argue any day is a good one to thank a Veteran for their service, and ask how they are, today is dedicated to those we've lost.

It's not a "Happy" day, either.

Take some time today to think about those who died in service to our country. Attend a Memorial Day event, if possible.

Think of the families of the fallen, and those who served with them on this solemn day.

We ask so much of our countrypeople who serve in uniform. Many made the ultimate sacrifice.

Today is about them and a grateful nation they gave everything to.

Our athletes are lighting the flame: "I am building a fire, and every day I train, I add more fuel. At just the right moment, I light the match."

Because we build from the ground up! A fire 🔥 has to start somewhere. Our athletes build themselves up, each other up.

Nothing is handed. Everything is earned. Blood sweat tears go into building something great from nothing. We gathered together to collect our kindling and work on building that fire 🔥 which starts from a flame.

One thing holds true once that match is lit 🔥 the flame will burn forever. So be the flame that fuels that fire! Even when others want to say “why follow the flame when you can be the fire” remember you are the flame that built that fire! All fires start with a flame. 🔥
