MEET THE TEAM | JADE DEDOMINICI #21

Last but not least, returning Hurricane Jade rounds out our pitching rotation this season. A starting pitcher as a freshman for her high school team, Jade earned South Shore High School Female Athlete of the Week honors, was named her team’s Rookie of the Year, and is a silver medalist at the Bay State Games.

Strong and confident in the circle, Jade brings speed, spin, and a presence that’s hard to teach. She isn’t afraid to attack hitters, trust her stuff, and compete pitch after pitch. We’re excited to see her back in the circle this season!

New Hurricane Bridget will be an exciting player to watch this season! A strong catcher and versatile fielder, Bridget has a gun for an arm and brings plenty of pop to our lineup.

As a freshman, Bridget had the opportunity to be part of her high school’s State Championship program and experience a championship run firsthand. Now she’s ready to make an impact of her own. With serious RBI potential and a positive attitude that shines every time she takes the field, Bridget brings plenty of energy to the Hurricanes!

MEET THE TEAM | KATIE BERG #8

New Hurricane Katie will look to dominate the left side of our infield this season. With quick footwork, great range, and a strong arm, she gets to ground balls you don’t expect her to reach.

At the plate, her quick bat can catch opponents off guard and adds another weapon to our lineup. Katie’s competitiveness sets her apart—she plays hard, loves to compete, and has the accolades to back it up: 2025 Hockomock League Davenport Division MVP and 2026 HockomockSports Second Team All-Star.

We’re excited to see what she brings to the Hurricanes this season!

BETTER TOGETHER

Our 18U and some of our 14U Hurricanes joined forces today for a great afternoon of work! We started with hitting before our pitchers and catchers came together for a focus session.

A very special THANK YOU to Coach Darrien Hassey for sharing her time and catching expertise with our players. Having knowledgeable coaches willing to teach, challenge, and invest in our athletes makes days like today even better!

Lots of learning, lots of reps, and lots of Hurricanes getting better together.

Great work today, ladies!

We are currently organizing times with our other age groups to provide the same experience.

MEET THE TEAM | RUTH FAGUNDES #10

Returning Hurricane Ruth is back in the pitching rotation with a smooth delivery, speed, and movement. A starting pitcher as a freshman for her high school team, Ruth dominated her conference, earning League All-Star honors and her team’s Rookie of the Year award.

Poised and confident in the circle, Ruth never lets one pitch affect the next—she resets, competes, and moves on. We’re excited to see her back in the circle this season!
