Parents don't forget to complete your athlete’s USASF Membership Registration for the 2026–2027 season.

All athletes competing with HZA must have a current USASF athlete membership. This registration is completed directly through USASF by the parent/guardian and is separate from your gym registration and fees.

The current USASF Athlete Membership fee is $49 per athlete.

BEFORE YOU START
Please have the following ready:
• A recent headshot of your athlete, from the shoulders up
• A government-issued proof-of-age document, such as a birth certificate, passport, driver’s license, or state-issued ID
• A valid email address you will continue to have access to
