Today, Riverside Little League joins our community and our nation in remembering September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we honor the lives lost, the families forever changed...as well as the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage and selflessness.

The kids playing on our fields today were born long after September 11. As parents, coaches, and community members, we have an opportunity to teach them why this day matters — to remember those we lost and to carry forward the kindness, courage, service, and unity that brought people together in the days that followed.

May we always remember. May we always honor. May we never forget.
