When we gather in a ring, the shape itself creates an anchor….It gives every child an equal place to be SEEN.
A quiet sanctuary to share their breath, and a gentle boundary where calm can take root.

Within this sacred ring, individual thoughts soften into a collective harmony, reminding us that we are all: Interconnected.
Supported.
Grounded.
WHOLE.

From the moment we begin to the moment we come full circle.
