I couldn't figure out why there were no birds chirping in our backyard this morning. And then I saw our new resident hawk sitting on the birdbath. Snapped this picture when she flew into the tree.

Our monthly Plant Spirit Tea Meditation & Drum Journey is coming up on Sunday, August 23 from 11:30-1pm at my home.

With this month’s energies and eclipses, it’s a meaningful time to check in with ourselves and one another. Coming together to share and offer support can be deeply comforting.

Have you ever kept a Moon Journal? I learned about this practice in my Astro Herbalism class, and I think many of you may enjoy exploring it. I’ll be sharing more about it as well.

We’ll then sip and meditate with a special tea blend I’ll prepare before moving into a Drum Journey.

This is an ideal time to set intentions and listen for messages from our guides.

Crystals, chocolates, and cards have become part of our monthly ritual for you to enjoy, along with time to catch up with friends, make new connections, and share what’s happening in one another’s lives.
