Palmer Park Tennis Academy

Our students had an amazing opportunity to connect and compete with youth tennis programs from across the region at the USTA Midwest Diversity Meetup at the Cincinnati Open 🎾

It was great to see them showcase the exceptional abilities they’ve developed throughout the summer. Their growth on the court, competitive spirit, and outstanding sportsmanship made us incredibly proud.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that allow our students to grow, build connections, and represent Palmer Park on a bigger stage. We’re so proud of them! 🎾❤️

Over the past weekend, we had the honor of hosting the Detroit Pistons Neighbors Tennis Tournament! 🎾

With more than 50 participants, we had an incredible day of competition, community, and fun across the following divisions:

🎾 Red Ball — Ages 5–6�🎾 Orange Ball — Ages 7–8�🎾 Green Ball — Ages 9–10�🎾 Yellow Ball — Ages 11–18

The event kicked off with a tennis clinic, giving players the opportunity to warm up, learn, and connect before competing.

A huge thank you to all of our phenomenal players, families, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this event such a success. A special thank you to our Tournament Director, Jeff Collins for your leadership and dedication!

The growth of the program, especially High Performance Camp, has been phenomenal! Thank you to all of the students and coaches who have been part of this journey over the years. This program would not be where it is today without each of you.
