This camp is about building habits and fundamentals that hold up in big moments. Position, pressure, motion, finishes, mat awareness, and learning how to train with purpose.

We want athletes leaving Des Moines better than when they came in, not just with more moves, but with a better understanding of what winning wrestling actually looks like.

The Grand View Technique Camp is built for wrestlers who want to improve the right way.

Athletes will train in all three positions, neutral, top, and bottom, with a focus on fundamentals that carry over to matches. Each day includes live wrestling along with sessions on training, nutrition, and mindset.
