A series of events that include, trail yoga, natural park clean up and a community gathering of brainstorming to continue positive connection with Gaia.
This is a main hub for a series of Saturday events. Starting September 20th every Saturday, of Fall, will be a community building and evolving event of Trail Yoga, Natural Park Clean up and a potluck styled picnic. We will be starting each Saturday at a different Park, we will be cleaning up the park of trash during the in between walking stages of trail yoga. At the end of the event we will have
a potluck, the potluck will be the time where all our ideas of how to help better humans connection to the Earth, and all beings on this planet. It is from this brainstorming that we can build a supportive community in making these changes. Helping each others ideas manifest and take action. Bringing together resources and will power to make a positive change for our local community, and further. Terrestrial Sphere Expansion

Park Clean-Up: While walking somewhere in the beautiful Denver outdoors, we pick up any trash that we see along the trails--helping show love to Gaia and starting to make a change by example. This has many benefits for not only humans, but for the plants and animals that live in the area. Trail Yoga: Throughout the hike, we take short stops in open areas and do a small series of standing yoga poses. There are also be times that we bust out an entire yoga flow in a single location. Once we go through the full flow and reach our ending point, we end with a standing Savasana. The standing Savasana is the transition from the action to the community part of the event. Community Evolving through Food: At the end of our journey down the trail, we have a picnic. The food portion furthers the connection we have to the earth. As we are all aware, it isn't just our home, but also supports many creatures and plants that create the biodiversity that supports life for us while we are experiencing it in our Earth Vessels. It is a place that we come together and explore ideas/topics of things that are happening here on Earth that we would like to transform, or even just express positively. The idea is that we create a community with resources and ideas to support each other in whatever way we are capable of turning positive intention into action. Goals of Terrestrial Sphere Expansion

Start 3-7 new events collectively
This means brainstorm ideas, and get the knowledge and experience to start the phases. Spread some awareness of how we treat the lovely pieces of natural earth we get enjoy close to the city. Grow a community of like minded spirits to grow and evolve in our everyday community. Expand and enrich the local community through positive action. Outcomes of Terrestrial Sphere Expansion
In what way will we be building on our community? Cleaning up our natural areas
Getting people motivated to act on their ideas
Create a support for members of our community to act on their ideas through resources, bodies to attend, relief/help through mental blocks, knowledge. Connection to Gaia, balanced chakra's, connection to spirit
