We had such a fun time at the End of Summer COHO Picnic yesterday at Mitchell Pool. Thanks to Kate Davidson for all her hard work for planning the event and making it a success! Here are some pictures from the night!

We’re officially getting back in the pool! 💦 Today kicked off our COHO Pre-Season Swim Camps at Mitchell Pool, and we couldn’t be more excited to see our swimmers back together and ready for another great season! 💙

As we get ready for the season ahead, there is also an important opportunity for our COHO families and Deerfield community members to learn more about the future of Deerspring Pool and share your input.

WELCOME BACK, COHO! 🎉

Big congrats to Sophie Liu on a stellar performance at the USA Swimming Central Zone 14&Under Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she represented COHO Swim Club as a Member of Team Illinois! Sophie swam three for three lifetime bests and broke the 50-meter butterfly 13-14 girls’ team record, AGAIN!!!! Great job Sophie! We are so proud of you!

Let’s celebrate these two 💪 ladies who showed up big at the Illinois Swimming 11–14 Age Group State Championships! These two both set the new standard for COHO in their respective age groups! Sophie took down the 50 Fly record, while Annabel knocked out the 800 FREE Record! Awesome job ladies!!!! Sophie is still chasing new standards at the USA Swimming Central Zone Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota this week! Stay tuned for more on her time representing Team Illinois!

A great day in the lake for COHO Today! As a team, we finished tied for 9th place overall! We had many top 16 scoring finishes as well and two podium finishes! Congrats to all! So proud! Photos and videos attached!
