I’m planning a particularly exciting Farmyard Yoga this Saturday. 👀🌿

An hour outside with the animals, a little pranayama, a flow built around a pose you guys are choosing, and cold essential-oil towels waiting for you at the end because Florida in August requires compensation. 😂

We’re also talking about judgment! The stories we attach to ourselves, our bodies, our abilities, and each other…and what happens when we practice simply noticing instead.

You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to be “good at yoga.”
You do not need to know what the hell you’re doing.

Just come as you are.

Sending out a huge thank you to SoulNeedsCommunity and everyone who came out to swap, share, meet someone new, and give good clothes another life. I love watching these little community events turn into people talking, connecting, and leaving with something they actually need.. all while keeping perfectly good clothing out of the landfill.
