The Brescia University Reserve Bearcats fought to a 1-1 draw against Midway yesterday.
Brescia jumped in the lead when Sydney Dunn scored off an assist from Lilly Armour.
Midway responded later in the match with an equalizer to tie the score.
The Bearcats nearly recaptured the lead when they scored off a corner kick by Destiny Caudill, but a foul was called and the goal disallowed.

🔥 BRESCIA TAKES DOWN THE UNDEFEATED! 🔥

What a statement win for Brescia University Women’s Soccer! ⚽️

The Bearcats traveled to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, today and handed Williams Baptist University its first loss of the season, battling their way to a 2–1 victory!

Brescia got on the board first late in the opening half when Evangalene Farfan found the back of the net at 43:48, assisted by Allana Colen Porto, sending the Bearcats into halftime with a 1–0 lead.

Williams Baptist answered in the second half, tying the game at 1–1 in the 65th minute.

At 78:09, Evangalene Farfan struck again — this time unassisted — to put Brescia back on top 2–1. The Bearcats held on through the final whistle to secure the huge road victory.
