For the next 8 Fridays, we’re focused on:

💥 Real Stress Relief
Classes designed to help us get stronger, move better, and melt the stress away.
8:30 AM • WARRIOR Combat 🥊
A stress-melting, boxing-inspired cardio and core workout that builds resilience from the inside out.
Every class includes:
🥊 Kickboxing intervals
🔥 Cardio conditioning
💪🏻 Core training
You’ll strengthen your abs, back, shoulders, and mindset while having a whole lot of fun.
10:30 AM • WARRIOR Strength ❤️🔥
Functional fitness and total-body strength training designed to help you live life stronger, longer, and with more confidence.
Every class includes:
🏋🏻♀️ 30 minutes of strength training
🦴 Mobility work
⚡ Agility training
🔥 Core sculpting
Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll progress together through lessons I’ve specifically selected for the summer season… challenging enough to help you grow, accessible enough for all fitness levels.
Come for one class or stay for both. Bring a snack, sip some coffee or electrolytes with me between classes, and make Friday your strongest day of the week.
