THE SCALE LIES TO YOU!
The scale only tells you one thing: your weight.
It doesn't tell you if you've lost inches.
It doesn't tell you if you've gained muscle.
It doesn't tell you if your clothes fit better.
It doesn't tell you if you have more energy, strength, or confidence.
I've seen clients lose inches, build muscle, and feel amazing while the scale barely moved.
Don't let one number determine your success.
