✨ NEW BLOG POST: How Teaching Children’s Yoga Made Me a Better Parent

Teaching children’s yoga has given me skills that make me a better parent.

I pause instead of react.
I connect before I correct.
I see behavior as communication.

Small shifts.
Big impact.

Kids move fast… and so does childhood 🌈

That’s why I love creating spaces where kids can slow down, move their bodies, use their imagination, and build confidence through yoga and stories.

This spring I’m partnering with to lead a playful 6-week kids-only yoga series for ages 3–10 🧘‍♀️

Our classes combine movement, storytelling, and breathing to help kids build:
🌟 Confidence
🌟 Balance & coordination
🌟 Focus & listening skills
🌟 Emotional awareness

🗓 Sunday Series
March 22, 29 | April 12, 19, 26 | May 3

⏰ 10:00–10:45 AM
📍 Dallas (75230)

💛 $120 series | $22 drop-ins

✨ Spots are limited and filling up!

Some moments feel like a full circle.

Today I had the chance to guide a yoga class for the BCG Dallas office — a community that played an incredibly important role in my own professional journey.

As a BCG alum, it was really meaningful to come back and share something that has become such an important part of my life: yoga.

Our practice focused on finding perspective — using movement and breath to create space for clarity and balance in the middle of busy work and life.

It was special to flow with a community that has shaped so much of my growth.

Strong bodies.
Open hearts.
Finding balance together.

Grateful to the BCG Dallas team and for welcoming me back and allowing me to share this practice through Interpreting Balance.

Move. Breathe. Come back to balance.

The best yoga moments aren’t planned classes — they’re shared celebrations.

Recently I’ve had the joy of guiding Galentine’s yoga for moms and bachelorette yoga gatherings — where friends come together to move, breathe, laugh, and celebrate meaningful moments together.

Strong bodies.
Open hearts.
Finding balance together.

It’s one of my favorite things to share through Interpreting Balance — moments where people can move, breathe, and simply be together.

Move. Breathe. Come back to balance.
