WAS BO JACKSON THE GREATEST PURE ATHLETE OF OUR GENERATION?
Aging Evolution has featured some extraordinary athletes over the years — but when we think of pure athletic ability, one name keeps coming back to us:
Bo Jackson.
The speed. The power. The explosiveness. And the fact that he competed professionally at the highest level in both Major League Baseball and the NFL.
This old clip of Bo snapping baseball bats like twigs is just another reminder of how unusually powerful this man was.
Unfortunately, a devastating hip injury shortened what could have been an even more remarkable career.
But for those of us who actually watched Bo in his prime, there was simply something different about him.
In our opinion, Bo Jackson may have been the greatest all-around athlete we saw in our lifetime.
But this is where we want to hear from YOU…
Who is the greatest athlete you have ever personally watched?
Bo Jackson? Michael Jordan? Jim Brown? Deion Sanders? Carl Lewis? Serena Williams? Someone else?
Give us ONE name in the comments — and tell us why.

ICE IS 63. 🔥
And nearly three decades after American Gladiators, Lori “Ice” Fetrick is still living up to the name.
Millions remember Lori as Ice, one of the unforgettable competitors from American Gladiators.
But what may be even more impressive is what happened after the cameras stopped.
At 63, Lori has continued to train, stay active and make fitness part of the way she lives — not simply something she did when she was younger.
That’s what Aging Evolution is really about.
You don’t have to look exactly like you did at 30.
You don’t have to compete.
You don’t have to be an American Gladiator.
But you can keep building strength, confidence and capability as the years go by.
Lori is a pretty powerful reminder that getting older and giving up are two entirely different things.
Who remembers ICE from American Gladiators? And what are YOU doing today that you hope your future self will thank you for?

THE INCREDIBLE HULK AT 72… AND HE STILL LOOKS INCREDIBLE. 💪
Lou Ferrigno built one of the most famous physiques in history. Nearly four decades separate these photos — but strength, muscle and discipline are clearly still part of his life.
This is what we mean by Aging Evolution: you may not look exactly like you did at 35… but you don’t have to surrender strength just because the calendar keeps moving.
Lou also appears in our first Aging Evolution documentary, sharing part of his remarkable story.
At 72, what impresses you most — his muscularity, his conditioning, or simply the fact that he has maintained it for so many decades?
SO MANY PEOPLE WERE INSPIRED BY HER THE FIRST TIME… WE HAD TO SHARE HER AGAIN.
At 72 years old, she is still flipping, flying, competing — and completely redefining what people expect aging to look like.
Thousands in our community saw this incredible woman before, but with so many new people joining Aging Evolution, we wanted to make sure they didn’t miss her.
This isn’t about everyone becoming a gymnast at 72.
It’s about something much bigger:
Strength can be maintained.
Mobility can be protected.
Confidence can keep growing.
And age does not automatically mean giving things up.
She is living proof that our later years can still contain movement, challenge, excitement and accomplishment.
If you saw her before, she’s worth watching again.
If you didn’t… prepare to have your idea of 72 years old challenged.
Would you have believed she was 72 if we hadn’t told you?

13 YEARS. NOT 13 WEEKS.
This may be one of the most relatable transformations we’ve shared on our Aging Evolution FB page.
Waverly Spencer didn’t wake up one morning and completely change her life.
She simply started making better choices… and kept making them, over and over.
Year after year.
No extreme transformation challenge.
No need to become a bodybuilder.
No race against the clock.
Just consistency.
Today, now at 62 years old, she says she feels healthier, happier and more capable in everyday life — and perhaps that’s the transformation that matters most.
Because Aging Evolution isn’t about everyone having six-pack abs.
It’s about becoming a stronger, healthier, more capable version of yourself.
Her journey took 13 years.
And that may be the best part of the story.
You don’t have to change everything today.
You just have to start changing something.
What is ONE thing you could start doing today that your future self would thank you for?

90 YEARS OLD — AND THAT VOICE STILL TAKES YOU BACK. ❤️ JOHNNY MATHIS!!!
Before streaming… before social media… before music became something we carried in our pockets, there was Johnny Mathis.
“Chances Are.”
“Misty.”
“Wonderful! Wonderful!”
“The Twelfth of Never.”
For generations, that unmistakable voice became the soundtrack to first dances, weddings, romances, heartbreaks and memories that never really left us.
Johnny turned 90 years old after an extraordinary career spanning seven decades. And perhaps what makes his story so special isn’t simply longevity — it’s that his music has remained timeless.
That’s another side of Aging Evolution.
It isn’t only about how fast we can run or how much weight we can lift.
It’s also about carrying forward the things that make us uniquely us — our passions, our gifts, our memories and the impact we leave on other people.
Do you remember the first Johnny Mathis song you loved?
Tell us below. I have a feeling this one is going to bring back some wonderful memories. ❤️

SHE DIDN’T START TRAINING UNTIL 60.
LOOK AT HER AT 66!
Harrah Brown is a powerful reminder that your 60s don’t have to be a period of simply trying to hold on to what you have.
They can be years when you actually become stronger, leaner, more capable and more confident.
She began training in 2020.
Six years later, this is what consistency looks like.
Not perfection.
Not turning back the clock.
Just making enough good decisions, often enough, to change what the years ahead can look like.
And that may be one of the biggest messages of Aging Evolution:
You don’t have to have started 30 years ago.
You just have to start.
At what age did YOU begin taking your health and fitness seriously?
CANCER MAY HAVE CHANGED HER LIFE.
IT HASN’T DECIDED HOW SHE LIVES IT.
Emmy is still showing up.
Still lifting.
Still moving.
Still fighting to remain the woman she has worked so hard to become.
At 71, millions were inspired by her message about how we choose to age.
Now she is facing a challenge far greater than anything in the gym — and perhaps teaching us an even more important lesson:
Strength isn’t always about how much weight you can lift.
Sometimes strength is simply refusing to quit.
This video isn’t about pretending everything is easy.
It’s about continuing to LIVE while life is hard.
For everyone in our Aging Evolution community facing a battle of their own, Emmy’s message today is simple:
KEEP SHOWING UP. ❤️
Send Emmy some encouragement below. She deserves to know how many people are pulling for her.

She kept showing up.
