CONGRATULATIONS to our McKinney Marshals 17U Scout team for winning the
PG Division I Junior College Classic at Weatherford College.

The team went 5-0 in the tournament, defeating a very good Cooperstown Cobras 17U team 5-2.

JAXON WADE was given the MVP award for the tournament’s Most Valuable Pitcher.

Pitching was very strong in the tournament.

- JAXON WADE pitched a complete game 1-hitter with 8 strikeouts against the Gators 18U at Weatherford College.
- KELLER WALTERS (2 innings) and CARSON MANGELSDORF (1 inning) striking out five additional hitters in relief.
- RILEY ROLEN pitched a complete game 1-hitter, striking out 7, against a WSP Orange team from Round Rock.
- GRADY COTHRUM struck out 11 hitters in a complete game outing, allowing only 2 hits, against a strong Twin Cities 17U team in the semifinal game.
- KELLER WALTERS started the championship game, allowing 2 hits over 4 innings, and ASHER REEVE allowed 1 hit in 2 innings of relief.

Willie Nester 6’6” 240 lbs () on the hill. The RHP went 4.0 innings with 3Ks, and allowed just one hit.

In his first two outings, he’s pitched 7 innings striking out 10 and allowing 2 hits and zero earned runs.

Congratulations to my Coppell Cowboys 10U team!!! The boys left it all out on the field this weekend playing five games in two days and taking second place in the 2026 10U PG BRING THE THUNDER tournament this weekend.
