Happy Friday! Niko and I were twinning yesterday for class, had to get a pic 📸 this young lady has been training in Teen class with Born Strong just over a year, is working towards her Orange Belt and always has the best attitude! Sometimes if something is difficult, she’ll say “I’m nervous” but we just let her know that’s ok to feel that way but you still have to try! And she does, and she shines!
Everyone deserves the chance to experience martial arts and learn self defense. We are an inclusive, accessible for all space. Come be part of the Born Strong family!

From granting scholarships and financial aid, to providing an inclusive safe space for all youth and their families, Born Strong’s impact is rippling through East Dallas.
Some things you may not know about BSMA:
✅ 50% of our student body are female
✅ 40% of our student body receive financial aid or full scholarship
✅ we serve children of all walks of life, including those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, and beyond
✅ we provide free self defense workshops for underserved communities 2-3 times per month
✅ we’re creating an eco system! We’ve just hired our 1st set of Junior Assistant Instructors, who have grown up in martial arts and train in the Born Strong system
✅ we are just a baby! We’ve been in operation less than 2 years
