There’s a certain frequency to “explaining” energy that muddies the water.

Instead, try leaning back (literally!) and anchoring into your expertise.

Stand in the fullness of who you are and speak from there.

Your words will have clarity, congruence and confidence that is unmatched and FELT.

This is far more impactful than rambling off an “I help…” statement.

You don’t give up the security of a corporate career just to get trapped doing a bunch of s**t you hate doing.

Design your business so that your whole being — body, mind and spirit — gets to THRIVE or you might as well go and get a j.o.b.

If you feel ready, you’ve already waited too long.

Being willing to take calculated risks in your business will single-handedly alter your results.

Courage is required 🦁 And luckily, can be cultivated… through consistently doing what you know to do.

Because when you trust yourself to S**U, you know you can handle whatever result follows (even if you “fail”)
