📢📢Girls basketball summer workouts for next week have been moved to the HS due to maintenance work at the JH Gym. Please spread the word. 📢📢

UPDATE

Due to awards Tuesday night for AMS we will move the Tuesday session to Thursday. Incoming 7th girls basketball clinic is now Monday and Thursday this week. 4:30-6:30. It is not too late to sign up.

Don't forget to sign up for the incoming girls 7th grade volleyball and basketball clinics coming up.

Girl's free physicals tonight!

Physicals are required before you can participate in summer workouts.

ALL incoming 6th graders interested in any athletics will need a physical before they can workout/tryout for any sport. 8th graders going into HS will need a physical for all sports, band, cheer, Lionettes, and student trainers. Physicals are good for 2 years so current 7th graders should not need a new one as long as theirs is currently on file on RankOne. Please see flyer for dates and times.

IMPORTANT TIME SAVER: please make sure to create an account on Rank One prior to coming to physical night. You will need it to upload the physical that night.

📢📢ATTENTION 6TH GRADE GIRLS📢📢

If you are interested in trying out for volleyball or basketball next year please come to our camps coming up. Volleyball will be April 20-22 and Basketball will be May 4-5. Coach Langley will pick you up from the Alamo and take you to the JH for camp. Parents will pick up from the back of the JH at 6:30. Even if you aren't sure if you want to tryout come and give both a try. Must register to attend so please scan the QR codes! The JH girls coaches can't wait to meet you!
