🌑 Chiiiile… apparently I needed to PRESS PAUSE.

Today I had my whole task list laid out. I was tryna get this done, that done, check this off, handle that…

And I kept getting INTERRUPTED. 😩

Like, to the point where I couldn't complete my dayum list!

Baby, I was feeling a WHOLE kinda way about it. 😂

Then in hindsight it hit me…

Dang. It's New Moon energy. 🌑

And maybe today wasn't asking me to do EVERYTHANG.

Spiritually, the New Moon represents a time to go inward, get quiet, set intentions and plant seeds for what's coming next. And with this New Moon in Leo, the invitation feels even more connected to confidence, courage, creativity and being intentional about how we show up.

So instead of fighting the pause, Let's honor it.

-I release the need to force what isn't flowing.

-I trust what is taking root, even when I can't see it yet.

And here's the beautiful part: I teach girls about these same rhythms in Chapter 10 of my book, Emerging Gracefully — “Moon Phases & Mood Swings: Unlocking Your Inner Power.”

The moon doesn't stay in one phase.

And neither do we.

Maybe everything on the list doesn't need to get done today, Sis. Sometimes the assignment is to BE STILL long enough to hear what's next. 🌑✨
