⭐️ SHINING STARS OF THE WEEK ⭐️

Because EIGHT is GREAT! 🤩✨

This week, we’re celebrating these 8 Superstars who showed up to practice ready to WORK! 💪🏼📣

Even with incomplete stunt groups, these girls made the most of practice, worked hard, adjusted, and kept a great attitude. They even got to take over practice for a little bit and choose what they wanted to work on!

Way to show up, put in the work, and SHINE, girls! ⭐️

✭ WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN NTX COWBOY? ✭

Being an NTX Cowboy is about so much more than what happens on the football field.

It’s about character. Commitment. Heart. Effort.
It’s showing up for your team. Being coachable. Giving your best even when things are hard. Leading by example and representing something bigger than yourself.

That is what Cowboy of the Week is all about. ⭐️

Each week, one athlete from across our NTX Cowboys organization will be selected as our Cowboy of the Week. This is someone who represents what it truly means to be an NTX Cowboy.

This recognition isn’t simply about touchdowns, tackles, or stats. It’s about character, commitment, effort, attitude, and the way you represent your team and this organization.

And we couldn’t think of a better athlete to set the standard for our very first one.

⭐️OUR FIRST COWBOY OF THE WEEK: CHAD⭐️

Chad experienced the loss of his grandmother the morning of his game. Despite everything he was feeling, he made the choice to show up for his teammates and play.

And when he stepped onto that field, he gave everything he had, contributing on both sides of the ball.

But what stood out the most wasn’t his performance. It was his heart. Chad shared that there was nothing he could do to change what had happened, but now his grandmother could watch him play from Heaven. ♥️ That kind of perspective, strength, and maturity from a young athlete is something special.

Chad reminded us this week that being an NTX Cowboy isn’t just about how you perform when everything is going right. It’s about who you are when life gets hard.

Character. Commitment. Effort. Heart.

Chad showed every bit of that.
