Unfortunately, Cricket absorbed her foal. She had about a 12 day embryo when we preg checked her but did not have an embryo today. She is coming back into heat so we will try one more time this year. We will put her on Regumate as soon as she’s bred and continue it until the vet says it’s ok to stop.

Jesse is 41 days today and doing amazing so far!! My heart dropped when it took a minute to find the baby’s heartbeat. Then the vet said it’s moving around a lot is all! I am so so so happy everything is going well so far. Prayers for a wonderful pregnancy and a healthy viable baby would be greatly appreciated!🥰🙏🏼

Birdie is 321 days today! She is past her safe date and ready to pop at any time. I expect to have a baby by the end of the week!!

I have been so bad about posting updates on Birdie! She is 319 days today and is just about ready to pop! Her pH is 7.2 as of this morning. For her that means 3-4 more days. Last night “milk” was very very cloudy! It’s very hard to see during the day just how cloudy it is. Her hip is GONE & JIGGLY, her v***a is very loose and her belly is very pointy. Any day now sweet girl! Please please please give me a black chromy filly!

Birdie is 307 days today! She is inching closer to having her baby. I’d estimate we’ll have a baby next week judging by where she’s at now and how she normally progresses. It definitely isn’t as far along as we would like but pretty close to the 320 day safe date!

She is BIG, she is LOW, she is WIDE and she is beyond miserable! Just cook it another week and you can drop that baby I promise! This is gonna be a HUGE baby. Looking back at pictures from around 290-310 days over the last three babies…holy cow she is ginormous!

We can’t wait to meet this On A Moonshine High baby! This will be his second baby!

Birdie was 302 days as of yesterday when these pictures were taken. Earlier in the day her “milk” was clear but later in the evening it had turned cloudy. She’s been starting to bag up for 3 weeks so if she sticks to her normal routine she will foal in a week to week and a half.

On Tuesday another vet 100% confirmed there is only one foal. THANK GOD! She went ahead and put her on antibiotics and Regumate as a precaution. Hopefully we can get her to as close to 320 days a possible. Since her “milk” turned cloudy like it normally does about now I’m not sure we will. Prayers are appreciated. At this rate she’ll foal between 310 and 315 days so the baby will be pretty early.
