😲 My business is SIX YEARS OLD!

Where has the time gone?!

I'm so very grateful for all the clients I've coached & each & every conversation with potential clients. I'm grateful for those who stayed for a short time, those who've stayed with me for years, those who scheduled strategy sessions & chose a different path, those who've referred their friends & family.

Each & every one of you helped me get to where I am today.

🌎 Every client means the world to me. THEY are my why. They keep me going because I not only know that they depend on me, but they continue to show up for themselves. Their lives are changed because of the work they've put into themselves. That's life changing for me.

This year, I changed my business name to Haus Wellness & Strength & converted to an LLC.

This fits my demographic better.

I now exclusively work with retired, adventurous women aged 50+ who have a strong desire to age with strength & independence. They care. They make the investment in themselves. They have the time. This demographic is underserved & it's my honor to support them during a very special time in their lives.

I'm so very proud of my little business.

💡 2nd Annual Planning Meeting!!

Last year, Jon & I eloped for a long weekend to look at all things schedule, my business, career discussions, Hans, travel...you name it, we covered it.

So we decided it would become a yearly event. I'm so happy we found this idea on Instagram because the couple who inspired us deserves some kudos 👏🏻 Time away gives us dedicated brain power to planning but it also gives us time to connect on a level we don't get everyday.

👭 We also invite Abby along for part of the weekend because our families have overlapping planning that requires discussion, too.
