Cheers and well wishes to MTDFW Member Russell Scott for sharing his journey to recovery. Ride On!
As Men's Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we're proud to spotlight the life-changing impact of cycling on heart health.
A special thank you to Dallas cyclist Russell Scott for sharing his inspiring story. After surviving a widowmaker heart attack, Russell is making a remarkable recovery and reminds us that staying active, getting regular checkups, and taking care of your heart can truly save lives.
Thank you to everyone who followed and supported our Men's Health Awareness Month series. Remember—your health is your greatest investment.

2026 Unbound Gravel!
The sign said, “Welcome to the Flint Hills,” but Mother Nature had a different welcome in mind! Riders were greeted with thunder, lightning, and plenty of rain throughout the event…and lots of mud.
Congratulations to all the participants, especially our team members who took on the challenge:
🚴🏽🚴🏽 200 Miles: Gerry, Guru, James, & Bary
🚴🏽 100 Miles: Anthony & Chris
The thunderstorms were tough, but our athletes were even tougher. We’re proud of your determination, resilience, and incredible accomplishment.
Great job, everyone!
