High point average car starts at the back- heat race went P-last(6) to 1st.
Feature- went P9 to parking it on the slab- well- at the front straight. They were getting the track ready for the demo derby after our race, so victory lane/winner circle pictures looked a little different this week, but it was nice to be back in a familiar place.

We are getting ready to step out of our comfort zone and head to NE Texas this week for the 4th annual Jr Limited Nationals. We know there will be some tough competition but we are looking forward to the challenge.

A fellow young racer suffered severe burns in OK over the weekend. A local racer took a hard hit into the wall Saturday night.

Safety is a non negatioable.

Our rule is if it’s too hot to put on your safety equipment, it’s too hot to race. If you don’t have time to put it on, make sure your belts are buckled, etc, you are missing your race. If you EVER feel like your belts came off or your safety gear malfunctioned while on the track, pull off!

Day offers a wide variety of underlayer fire protection garments, fire suits, head and neck restraint devices, helmets, belts, window nets, fire suppression systems, gloves, shoes and seats.

They offer free, same shipping on most orders over $99 and ship say day of ordered before 4:30 during the week.
