Onto the finals…

J & A Service, LLC #FunnyCars just finished #rooundone and Mark Billington moves on over Jim Whiteley at the #texastango at Pine Valley Raceway!

Here at Pine Valley Raceway and about to run Q1..

Been a long 2 days.. Q1 We go and and suck, Q2 Suck again, Q3 We suck…
Replace everything electrical and then find out a coil wire was the issue..
And after all that we are going to the finals.

Well we came up short at the Mid-West Drag Racing Series in Tulsa this weekend.. Brand new car and had the new car gremlins but we over came them and won round 1. Round 2 we had a buy and told Mark we should just take the light and save it for the finals, looking back now we probably should of run it..
In the finals the car left good and was trucking until it blew the burst panel.. Pretty sure we know what happened and know what to do next time..
All in all it was a great weekend and something you would not expect with a brand new race car..
Thanks to everyone that helped and thank you to Chase Copeland for building a amazing machine.. Can’t wait to run it again..

Round one coming up here at the Throwdown.. Think we have the electrical gremlins gone out of our new Copeland Race Car..

New body is home, old wrap pulled off. Now getting it ready for the season opener in 2 weeks..

Something new is being mounted at McKinney..
