🏐 MEET OUR 14 NATIONAL HEAD COACH 🏐

With 5 years of coaching experience, Coach Jen has coached age groups ranging from 12U–16U. Last season, she led our 15s team to multiple tournament wins, building a competitive team centered around discipline, fundamentals, and growth.

Her coaching philosophy is simple: the basics win and lose games. 🏆

She focuses on developing well-rounded athletes who understand every part of the game—not just their position. Her practices emphasize strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, communication, accountability, and learning how to compete as a team.

For her, success isn’t just about winning tournaments. It’s about developing confident, coachable athletes who are prepared to compete at the next level.
