It was a great day at the Louisiana Triathlon for these athletes. This year’s race served as the state championships so the competition was fierce. They went out and crushed their races. Congrats to all of you for smashing it. You all did amazing.

What a great day at the Contraband 5 Miler. Congrats to our tribe. Everyone had great races on a beautiful and humid morning.

What a day it was in Galveston. Several athletes took on IMTX 70.3 and crushed it. Two competing individually, and two relay teams. Thankfully, the initial weather reports moved on and race day had great conditions.

- Matt Leblanc - crushed it and set a new PR in 70.3 distance with a 5:37
- Spencer Dussouy - fighting the flu during race, but fought through it and had a great race.
- Team Bons temps (Raphiel Heard, Ryan Newell, & Heather Hendrix) - killed it with a 6:02 relay.
- Team Louisianimals (Kevin McCarthy, Sylvia Rentz, & Jes Smith) - killed it with a 6:09 relay

Congrats to all of you and your awesome accomplishments. We are so proud of you.

What a weekend in Bentonville, AR. These ladies absolutely smashed their races today. It was perfect weather and a very hilly course, but that didn’t stop these ladies from hitting PR’s. Congrats to Kali Hooper, Jenn Hooper and Tylee Arabie on their super fast races.

Kali Hooper - a 9 yr old fireball, decided to sign up for the 5k. Not only did she run it by herself, she smashed it with a 26 min race. Placing her 3rd in her AG

Jenn Hooper - trained with a goal in mind and absolutely crushed it. She finished with a 1:50 for the Half Marathon. An 8 min PR over last year’s race, and a 3 min. overall half marathon PR. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Tylee Arabie - completed her first half marathon today. Originally, she had a pace of 10:30 in mind but I knew we could push her much more than that. She had an amazing race and completed her first with avg. pace of 9:45. 💪🏾💪🏾

Congrats to all three of you. You all smashed your races and should be super proud of your accomplishments. I know we are certainly proud of you.

Congrats to this group of mighty and fierce ladies! They took on the Zydeco Half Marathon today and killed it this morning.

Congrats to Collin Winkles on his awesome finish at the Red Dirt Ultra at Kisatchie National Forest yesterday. He completed the 50k in cold and tough conditions due to the previous nights rain. Way to go, Collin! Congrats on an amazing finish

What a day for our athletes at The Louisiana Marathon. Emmalee Shaheen LeBlanc took on the LA Half Marathon and crushed it. She finished with a 2:24 and a 14 min PR. 💪🏾💪🏾
Kamryn Andrus, took on her first full marathon. Fellow BSet athlete and her brother, Josh Kober paced her along earning her full marathon medal. So unbelievably proud of these ladies. They had their goal in mind and went out and smashed it. Congrats to both of you and your amazing accomplishments.

Baby J aka Jaxson Kober had a huge PR today! He ran the Louisiana Marathon Kids Race 1 miler! He ran the mile at 9:15 pace 💪🏾

He definitely ran fast to get chicks 🤣
