🦅 Has strong baseball knowledge and understanding of the game

🦅 Has a heart for teaching, mentoring, and developing players

🦅 Is ministry-minded and team-focused

🦅 Is flexible and available during the spring baseball season

🦅 Is willing to complete a background check and interview process

🦅 Does not currently have a player participating in the program
