Sept 1 is almost here. Thanks for following along.

Had a nice little yoga meeting today w a beautiful young person w so much energy and ambition it made me so excited for her generation and all the creativity they have.

Was not motivated to gym today but took my bag bc i knew I’d feel better.

Used my new lululemon towel i was gifted and just went.

We forget motivation comes when we get somewhere sometimes. For me it comes when i start moving. I’ll see you on the mat next wk. especially if you’re feeling unmotivated. Book anyways. xo, s
