I’m not waiting until life gets less busy to get back into my workouts.

I’ve been walking consistently, but I’ve definitely fallen out of my strength routine. So I’m doing an 8-week challenge to help me get back into it, and I’m inviting other moms to do it with me.

No waiting for the perfect week.
No starting over every Monday.
Just showing up and getting back into the habit.

If you’ve fallen out of your workout routine too and could use some accountability, DM me CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details. 🤍

How to stay consistent with your habits when your schedule is pure chaos:

Don’t try to keep your entire routine.

Pick the few habits that actually matter to you, and make those as easy as possible.

For me, that means packing a few things I already use at home before we head out for the weekend:

☕️ Phormula-1 Cafe Mocha + collagen for my protein coffee
🎃 Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte because I’m ready for fall
💊 Lakyn’s gummy vitamins

That’s it.

I’m not trying to eat perfectly, follow my normal schedule, or recreate life at home while we’re away.

I’m just making the habits I care about a little easier to keep, even when mom life is chaotic.

Consistency doesn’t have to look perfect to count. 🤍

Overwhelmed moms, I need your help. 👇🫶

I’m working on something for The Habit Mama, and I don’t want to create another “helpful” resource based on what I think moms need.

I want to know what YOU actually need.

What’s something you’re constantly searching for, struggling with, or wishing someone would just make easier?

Meal planning?
Working out?
Getting organized?
Managing the house?
Finding time for yourself?
Building routines?
Feeling less overwhelmed?

Or something completely different?

Tell me in the comments, even if it seems small. 🤍

Your answer might help me create something that makes another mom’s life a little easier. ❤️

If you’re tired of figuring out what to make for dinner, steal ours. 🫶

We made this chicken crust pizza this week and it was SO good. A little more protein, but still crispy, cheesy, delicious pizza.

Chicken Crust Pizza 🍕

🍗 1 lb ground chicken
🥚 1 egg
🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
🧄 Garlic powder
🌿 Italian seasoning
🧂 Salt + pepper

For the pizza:
🍕 Pizza sauce
🧀 Mozzarella cheese
🍕 Your favorite toppings

How to make it:
Mix the ground chicken, egg, mozzarella and seasonings together.

Press the mixture into a thin crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through and starting to get crispy.

Add your pizza sauce, cheese and favorite toppings, then bake for another 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and delicious.

And that’s it! 🙌

Save this for the next night you’re staring at the fridge thinking, “What the heck am I making for dinner?” 😂

A little reminder for the mama who feels like she can never quite catch up:

You don’t have to finish everything today.

You don’t have to clean the whole house, check every box, or get your life perfectly back in order before you’re allowed to sit down.

Pick the thing that would make today feel a little easier. Do that.

And then give yourself permission to stop. 🤍

Because doing less doesn’t mean you’re lazy, falling behind, or not doing enough.

Sometimes doing less is exactly what you need.

Some days I can do the whole thing.

Some days I absolutely cannot. 😂

And I’ve realized that doesn’t mean I have to skip the habit completely.

I can make it smaller.

A 10-minute walk instead of a full workout.
One load of laundry instead of tackling the mountain.
Prepping one thing for tomorrow instead of meal prepping for the entire week.
Drinking some water and getting outside instead of trying to nail my entire morning routine.

The goal isn’t to do everything perfectly.

It’s to keep showing up in small ways, even when life is messy.

Because those little things add up.

So if today feels like a lot, don’t ask yourself how you’re going to get everything done.

Just ask: what’s one small thing I can do?

That counts. 🤍

What’s yours today?
