No uniforms.
No tournament schedule.
No mandatory practice.

From our 9U boys to our teenagers… they still gather in driveways and backyards until the sun disappears. They compete. Laugh. Play. Dream. Grow…TOGETHER.

And in these photos?
That’s Coach Dustin — not watching from the sidelines… but catching bullpen sessions and playing basketball as if he’s still a youngster himself. That’s a weekend “off” and no other way he’d rather spend it.

It’s always been bigger than baseball.

This is the part people don’t always see:
The belonging.
The mentorship.
The safe place.
The relationships these boys will remember long after the wins and losses fade.

That’s the heart behind ETHOS. And this is just a glimpse through a mama’s lens.
