Thank you so much for making today’s class such an amazing experience! I can’t think of a better way to begin any Saturday, but especially 4th of July Saturday, it was 💥!

So far the forecast looks fine for tomorrow’s class, I can’t wait to do it again at 9:45 AM!

I’m ready to dance! The weather for tomorrow looks clear and hot, that pool is going to feel so good when you get in! 💃🏻💦 This extreme heat makes it dangerous to do most outdoor workouts, water aerobics is the exception!

Join me Thursday at 7 PM at Beechwood Trails Pool for Aqua Zumba®! Members dance free, drop-in is $10. All admission fees are paid directly to the pool, do not pay me for this class. ☀️

Temperatures are expected to be sweltering for the next several days, including Independence Day, but a sure way to beat the heat is to jump in the pool! Get your workout in early, before the heat becomes unbearable. 💃🏻😍💦🥵

Update for class tonight. The pool has been closed for the remainder of the day due to the chance of thunderstorms, unfortunately, that means Aqua Zumba® has been canceled as well. I will see you this weekend at Jefferson country club or next Thursday at Beechwood trails pool!
