With three different plans to choose from, you can find a way to make being healthy fit your lifestyle. My name is Jonathon and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer. I’ve been doing PT work for over two years now and absolutely love it. My philosophy is simple: to support you in your goal of being healthy. My workouts are personalized to the individual, nothing is “cookie cutter”. Everyone is different and approaches being healthy in a different way. My passion is giving you the best path forward so that you can achieve your goals in the way you want to. I am not here to simply hand out a workout and will never force you to do something you hate.
