This week Hype the hard working duck goes Charlie who consistently shows us what it means to be a hard worker and a positive teammate. She comes to practice with a great attitude, always gives her best effort, and continually goes above and beyond to support the team. She brings energy and enthusiasm wherever she goes, helping get her teammates HYPE!!

Charlie also shows tremendous teamwork and flexibility, she is always willing to step into different positions when asked and doing so with a positive mindset. Her willingness to put the team first, work hard, and encourage those around her makes her a true example of leadership and dedication.
