I’ve trained A LOT of women over the years across multiple states, and one question that comes up often is: “What about my nails?”

My answer? If you love your nails and you’re not cutting them, then train with them. PERIOD.

Real training should prepare you for real life, not an ideal situation.

You may need to make small adjustments with trigger control, grip, and finger placement, but having long nails doesn’t mean you can’t learn to handle a firearm safely and effectively.

Your grip may look a little different. Your finger placement may require some adjustment. That’s what training is for.
