WTF Running Group

I’m so sorry to have to do this but I need to cancel tonight’s group run. I’ve had a family emergency that I need to attend to.

Let’s dust off our running shoes & meet up for the 1st running group of 2020 this Wednesday (March 11th) at 5:30.

We will meet at the gym and start off with easy 2-3 miles to test out our running legs.
