Don’t just listen to what they argue. Watch what happens when you test the reasoning.

The goal isn’t to become suspicious of everyone.
It’s to become discerning enough to know who is safe with your trust.
To recognize manipulation sooner.
Control your reactions.
Protect your credibility.
And stop giving unsafe people access to the deepest parts of you.
Because trust without discernment isn’t virtue.
It’s exposure.
