There is something powerful about women gathering in a space where they are truly seen and heard.

Through Loud Whisper’s Soul Conversations with Isabel, we move beyond the surface. Together, we gently uncover the layers of expectations, responsibilities, and the masks we’ve learned to wear, creating space to reconnect with the quiet whispers of our souls and find our way back home to ourselves.

Thank you, Strength in the City Aurora Naperville, for creating this beautiful event. 💜

We move through life so quickly that we often don’t notice what’s quietly eating away at us.

We become so accustomed to carrying the weight that we no longer question whether it belongs to us. We’ve carried it for so long that it feels normal.

Until one day, we feel exhausted, disconnected, or no longer recognize ourselves.

Healing matters.

Slow down. Listen to the quiet voice within your Loud Whisper. Get to know yourself. Gently uncover and release what’s been weighing on your soul.

What is the quiet voice within you trying to tell you?

Today, I had the privilege of sitting down with Kurt Bush for an episode of Loud Whisper: Reignite Your Voice, and we talked about leadership, healing, self-awareness, authentic leadership, the cost of striving, the parts we hide behind, and what it truly means to become whole.

During our conversation, I asked Kurt something I’ve been genuinely curious about.

I spend a lot of time talking with women about suppression and the ways we’ve been silenced. But I wanted to hear it from a man’s perspective.

From the time they’re little boys, many men are told:

“Don’t cry.”

“Be strong.”

“Hold it together.”

What does that do to a man over time?

It’s a conversation I believe we need to have more often.

The full episode is coming soon. Until then, here’s a clip from our conversation.

Maybe you’ve been looking for a sign that you’re healing.

Not because everything feels easy.
But because you’re finally choosing yourself in the quiet moments no one else sees.

Healing doesn’t always arrive with a breakthrough.
Sometimes it looks like resting without guilt.
Setting a boundary without explaining.
Trusting your own voice again.
Allowing yourself to cry without believing you’re broken.

These aren’t small moments.
They’re the moments that bring you home to yourself.

Which slide spoke to you the most? Tell us below. We’d love to hear your story.

Beautiful soul,

The way you speak to yourself matters more than you realize.

We so easily extend compassion to everyone else, yet we become our own harshest critic. We say things to ourselves that we would never say to someone we love.

Here’s what I want you to remember: self-leadership begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

If you want more peace in your life, start by changing the voice within. Choose compassion over criticism. Choose grace over judgment.

Peace begins when compassion becomes the voice you use with yourself.

✨ Tell me below: What’s one kind thing you’ll say to yourself today?

Self-betrayal doesn’t always look like saying “yes.”

Sometimes it looks like staying silent.
Avoiding conflict.
Ignoring your intuition.
Putting everyone else first while quietly abandoning yourself.

The hardest truth?

Every time you choose everyone else over yourself, your soul notices.

In this conversation with Dr. Debi Silber, we talk about something every woman needs to hear: just because you’re strong enough to carry it all doesn’t mean you’re meant to.

What’s one boundary you’ve learned to stop apologizing for?

How many times has your intuition whispered...

Something doesn't feel right.

But instead of listening, you explained it away because facing the truth felt too hard.

I've been there.

In this conversation with Dr. Debi Silber, she explains why so many of us disconnect from our intuition—not because it's wrong, but because we're afraid of what listening to it might change.

The truth is, your intuition isn't broken. You just stopped trusting it.

It's time to turn the volume back up and come home to yourself.

✨ Listen to the clip and tell me in the comments: Has your intuition ever tried to protect you before your mind caught up?
